With over 25 years of hands-on experience, Mary brings a deep understanding of all facets of the real estate industry — from property management to residential and investment sales. Her passion for real estate began early in life and has only grown stronger throughout her career. Mary earned her MBA in Business from Florida Metropolitan University and remains committed to staying ahead of the curve in this ever-evolving industry. Her expertise, dedication, and leadership continue to set the standard for excellence in Tampa Bay real estate.

Alex Giasevits Hios has been an integral part of our team for over six years, bringing exceptional skill and dedication as a technician and remodeling specialist. Whether it’s updates, repairs, or full renovations, Alex consistently delivers high-quality results with professionalism and care. Known for his courteous demeanor and strong work ethic, he takes great pride in every project he tackles. In addition to his hands-on expertise, Alex holds a bachelor’s degree and is currently pursuing his MBA in Business, further expanding his knowledge and leadership within the industry.

Rosemary DeGeorge serves as our dedicated Owner-Tenant Specialist, expertly managing maintenance coordination and addressing concerns with professionalism and patience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and brings both knowledge and compassion to her role. Rosemary goes above and beyond to ensure our property owners receive reliable service by building strong relationships with a trusted network of vendors known for their honesty, quality work, and fair pricing. Her commitment to excellence makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Is our Administrative & Operations Specialist for Bayside Villa Apartments, where she is dedicated exclusively to ensuring an exceptional living experience for every resident in this unique resort-style community. Stephanie brings a high level of professionalism in her interactions with tenants, owners, and vendors alike. She also expertly manages marketing and day-to-day operations with outstanding organization and attention to detail, making her an essential part of the Tradewind Properties / Bayside Villa team.

 

Mindy is a Florida native and long standing team member, working as a licensed REALTOR and Property Manager throughout the Pinellas and Hillsborough markets. Mindy has leased hundreds of homes and has extensive knowledge of local markets and trends. 

 

Jeff is a key member of our Maintenance Team, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the job. With a long-standing career in property maintenance, Jeff has worked across multi-family communities, single-family homes, and commercial properties. Known for his professionalism and attention to detail, Jeff consistently ensures that every repair is completed to the highest standard—keeping both tenants and property owners satisfied and confident in the care their properties receive.
